Mac OS X

I had to update an old Filemaker solution at work last week, and used the opportunity to spend some time in Mac OS X, which I have installed on both my iMac at work and my Powerbook at home…and I gotta say, I’m really dissapointed.
Reviews I’ve read all say the same thing, that it’s [...]

Trees, Forests, Domains and such

If any of you smarties that read this site know about Windows networks, your advice would be appreciated.

supermarket on a busy Saturday….. and as you hand over your three dollars
for one box, you tell them that you remember selling GS cookies for 35
cents a box. -and then they all look [...]

You know your old when…

Man, I logged on to Napster today to look for a song that’s I hadn’t heard in while, and I found it. But it was in some one’s shared folder at the path…
\MOM’s CRAP\….
Oy…that’s demoralizing. It was Tom Rush’s Panama Limited I was looking for, FYI.
