New windows in Mozilla

Anyone know if there’s a way to make Mozilla open URLs in the existing window when launched from another app ( ie, clicking on a link in Mail ), rather than opening a new browser window? Mozilla 1.1/Win does this, and I love it — but Mozilla 1.1 on OS X insists on opening new windows.

    Yes, you can force Mozilla to reuse the frontmost browser window (or tab).

    It’s not as useful as Chimera’s feature, which will open requested URLs
    in a new tab in the frontmost browser window. :(
