New Spider-Man?
Reports say Toby Maguire may pull out of the Spider-Man sequel because of back problems. Too bad, I thought he was very good in the first. The article says Jake Gyllenhaal has been lined up as a possible replacement. I didn’t know who he was so I looked up his website. Dude looks just like Toby Maguire! In fact, I started reading the site — he was in October Sky, a movie I really liked. If you asked me who starred in October Sky yesterday, I would have told you Toby Maguire!!! Honest! If he does replace Toby in Spider-Man II I expect a lot of people won’t even notice.
