aolsystemmsg Commands

I logged on to IM this morning, and must have left it running at work yesterday. I got an IM from “aolsystemmsg” like usual indicated this…but this time it also offerred me the opportunity to IM back “1″ to disconnect the other session. That’s the first time I’ve received an IM that allowed me to issue commands. Interesting.

They implemented this shortly after they changed over to a “you can log
into your account from several places at once” system. I thought it a
nice way to handle the “where do you really want to be logged in” question.
