Mail.app IMAP chunk size
Anyone know if there is a way to set the chunk size Mail.app uses when fetching IMAP messages, and/or disable chunking like you can in Thunderbird?
The default behavior is really poor for attachments, because it fetches small amounts of data at a time — like 4k per request — generating a lot of unnecessary connection overhead.
