In Memory: Glenn Mitchell. Glenn Mitchell was the most prominent local voice on KERA, Dallas’s NPR station. He was on daily from 12pm – 2pm, and died suddenly over the weekend. He covered national and global topics as well as local ones, but it was always nice to have a talk show that put a local spin on these topics. Mind you, he was not retired. He was on the air Friday. I’ll miss his show.
