First day in the new office
As we prepare for #3 around the homefront, we’ve been rearranging a bit. Old playroom is becoming the home office, and today was my first working day in the new office. It’s far from all put together, but it’s going to be a big improvement.
My old desk was a door on two homemade support shelves. It worked fine, but was never really meant for a regular home work schedule. I now have a nice L-desk with a big hutch and actual drawers. I’m not going to have more space, but I think it will be more effective space.
Also, I’ve worked it so my musical equipment (midi keyboard, preamp) are on the keyboard drawer for easy access. So it’s even easier for me to pretend that I’m actually going to use them to record something.
